Premier Speedway COVID-19 Safety Plan:

Premier Speedway is taking your safety and the safety of our staff, patrons, competitors and the people of Warrnambool seriously and have established a COVID Safe Plan and COVID safe procedures for all meetings.

Prior to Arrival:

       Please ensure that if you are feeling unwell, that you stay home and seek the necessary medical attention.

       Ticketing, it is recommended that all ticket purchases be made via the Premier Speedway On-Line Ticketing System. Walk Up/Box Office Sales will be available on race day, but should capacity limits apply priority will be given to those with on-line purchases, seasons passes etc. Please ensure you have a ticket for each member of your group.

       Venue Entry, please prior to arrival to be aware of where you will be watching all of the action from! Please use the Car Park best suited for ease of access. All Grandstand and Terrace Seat Holders along with those ticketed to the back straight mound and corporate boxes should utilise the Warrnambool side car park. All Front Straight or Allansford side patrons should park n the Allansford side where possible. Cross over from one side of the venue to the other is permitted.

       The Premier Speedway Venue will provide provision for cash sales along with EFT sales for all Ticketing, Canteens, Booths and Merchandise.

       Please travel equipped with a Face Mask as this may be required in certain areas of the Speedway Complex, where social distancing cannot be maintained.

       Camping will not be permitted in the car parks prior to or after the event.

 

Upon Arrival:

       On arrival patrons, officials and competitors will be required to scan a QR Code and register their attendance as well as providing proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. The QR Code will be displayed at the entry points to the venue as part of the ticket scanning and bag check process to ensure this process is as simple as possible for all patrons.

       Where possible Social Distancing Rules should be applied. Please be sure that you adhere to Social Distancing and remain at least 1.5 metres apart whenever possible.

       The venue will need to be vacated one hour after the completion of the last event.

 

After the Event:

       All patrons are asked to exit the venue in a safe and orderly manner, observing Social Distancing rules at all times. Those people seated nearest venue exits will be asked to vacate first to eliminate congestion.

       All competitors will be asked to vacate the premises within one hour of the completion of competition.

       Should you develop symptoms post the event, please follow all recommended procedures for COVID-19, seek treatment and self-isolate as well as notifying the Premier Speedway Club on (03) 5565 1789.
