360-LS SPRINTCAR TRACK CHAMPIONSHIP SHAKE UP

Round 2 of the Welsh’s Garage Doors & Gates 360-LS Sprintcar Track Championship presented by Dirt X Ind was held last Saturday, February 22.

Tate Frost took the round win, but it is Brett Milburn who now leads with one round remaining of the $5000 to win track championship.

Frost has bounced back into contention following an A-Main DNF in Round 1 to be equal third in points, sitting twenty-four points behind Milburn.

Milburn in contrast has been solid over the first two rounds, scoring two podiums to be on top of the leaderboard.

Milburn’s lead is only eight points over rising youngster James Oliver. Oliver has been impressive against some more experienced drivers to be sitting in second place, following a third place on the weekend.

Previous points leader and Round 1 winner Jamie Veal is now back in eighth, illustrating the closeness of the track Championship.

The Welsh’s Garage Doors & Gates 360-LS Sprintcar Track Championship provides the opportunity for emerging talent to be recognised and receive some great rewards with thanks to the fantastic support from Welsh’s Garage Doors & Gates and Dirt X Ind.

Forty-five drivers have at least competed in a round, with the third and final round to be held in conjunction with the $4000 to win 360-LS Sprintcar Victorian Title on Saturday March 29.

2^nd: Set of Dirt X Ind. Rear Wheels

3^rd: Pair of Dirt X Ind. Front wheels

4^th-10^th: Random draw for a pair of Dirt X Ind. front hubs.
