Sunday night is the inaugural ARB Warrnambool International Sprintcar Carnival at Sungold Stadium Premier Speedway Warrnambool.
All the stars and their cars are in the field with five Americans, current and former Australian Champions including Lockie McHugh, Marcus Dumensy, Jamie Veal, Kerry Madsen and James McFadden.
A strong Western Australian contingent will descend on Sungold Stadium. Dayne Kingshott comes fresh off a W.A. Speedweek series win for Krikke Motorsport with Callum Williamson also looking to bring the regular speed he has at the Perth Motorplex to the east.
The ‘Sprintcar Carnival’ brings a unique of experience of Speedway with Sprintcars on track combined with off track activities such as a roving entertainer and carnival treats for the kids.
The Sprintcar only program is expected to be completed by 9.30pm.
