The race named after former leading Sprintcar racing identity Nullawarre local Max Dumesny headlines the December 14 event at Sungold Stadium Premier Speedway.
The event presented by Chitticks Bakery includes the ninth running of ‘Max’s Race’ for Sprintcars.
There is already a host of stars nominated including former winners Jamie Veal, James McFadden, Jock Goodyer along with last year’s winner sand now two time winner of Max’s Race, Grant Anderson.
Carson Macedo is looking to become the first American to win the race since its inception in 2015. Further American drivers are expected to join Macedo in the field in the lead up.
Picking the winner will be tough with a number of quality drivers already entered with many more expected.
A great night of action is ensured with Junior Formula 500’s and V8 Dirt Modifieds on the program with Sprintcars.
