Warrnambool’s Jamie Veal remains on top of the Total Tools Warrnambool Sprintcar Track Championship following Round 3 on January 1.
With a win, second and a fourth place Veal maintains a lead over Sydney’s Marcus Dumesny who has recorded three top 10 finishes to be only sixteen points behind Veal.
Geelong’s Jordan Rae has rocketed up the standings following January 1, now sitting in third place. Rae showed tremendous speed during the recent Brandt Sprintcar Speedweek to move from tenth to third.
The next round of the eight-round championship is on January 19 for the ARB Warrnambool International Sprintcar Carnival before a further two rounds which are incorporated with the 2025 Flying Horse Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic.
The $10,000 to win season long championship has great support from local businesses such as The Midfield Group, Fitzmedia Live and Warrnambool Trailers along with naming rights partner Total Tools Warrnambool.
